With a rooted device it is possible to view what priority levels are being used. T-Mobile doesn't officially state the priority numbers anywhere, the numbers I listed are what are used by the network to identify the priority a device is supposed to get. On Essentials (priority 7 upto 50GB, 9 after) T-Mobile's site says "Premium Data: 50GB*" and "*Essentials customers may notice speeds lower than other customers and further reduction if using >50GB/mo., due to data prioritization." may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle due to data prioritization " On Magenta 2.0 (priority 6 upto 100GB, 9 after) T-Mobile's site says "Premium Data: 100GB*" and "*During congestion, Magenta customers using >100GB/mo. On Magenta Max (always priority level 6) T-Mobile's site says: "Premium Data: Unlimited Smartphone speeds can't slow based on usage".
